Integrated Size Reduction Lines
Connect shredding, crushing or pulverizing stages around the result your process needs. Discuss a factory-supplied configuration for your feed, output target and available space, with each machine and auxiliary item clearly identified.
On This Page
Start With Input and Output
Describe the incoming material, required final result and next use. Include the hourly target, working schedule and any existing equipment that must remain in the process.

Review Process Directions
Choose a starting direction from the four configurations below. These are process options for discussion, not records of completed installations. Each direction explains the purpose of the stages and the information needed to define the final equipment scope.

Shredding & Crushing
Reduce bulky feed, then prepare smaller pieces for the next process.

Crushing & Pulverizing
Prepare mill-ready feed, then discuss the required powder specification.

Pipe Size Reduction
Plan pipe feeding, preparation and reduction around actual stock dimensions.

Cryogenic Grinding
Connect feed preparation, liquid-nitrogen cooling and powder handling.
See How Stages Connect
Each stage should meet the receiving requirements of the next one. Review transfer, feeding, cooling and collection only where they are part of the proposed process.

Check the Site Layout
Provide the available footprint, height restrictions and access conditions. The layout should include working and maintenance access as well as the main equipment positions.

Define the Supply Scope
Separate included equipment, optional items and work to be provided at your site. Confirm utilities, interconnections, installation responsibilities and the agreed acceptance basis in the proposal.
Standard Direction, Custom Layout
Use a configuration direction as the starting point, not a fixed equipment package. The selected machines, feeding arrangement, collection method and site interfaces are reviewed around your workshop and output requirement.

Review the Equipment Behind It
Review the individual machines included in a proposed line. The line page explains the connected process, while each equipment page provides the relevant model detail.
Built Around Your Process
Discuss the equipment configuration directly with the factory. Review the machine interfaces and project specification together so the proposed line is more than a list of individual products.

FAQ
Do all lines include shredding, crushing and pulverizing?
No. Only the stages required for the confirmed input and output should be included.
Can an existing machine stay in the line?
Provide its specifications, current performance and interfaces for review. The proposed connection must be checked rather than assumed.
Are washing or pelletising systems included?
Only when they are explicitly within a confirmed supply scope. They are not implied by the phrase integrated line.
What do you need for an initial line discussion?
Send the material, starting size, required output, hourly target, available space and existing equipment details. A simple sketch is enough to start.
Plan Your Processing Line
Describe the starting material, required output and available space. Add your existing equipment and the stages you want included so the configuration can be reviewed as a connected process.
Include the details you already know. You do not need every specification to start.
What to Include
Use the details you already know. A model number is not required to begin.
1. YOUR MATERIAL
Material name and condition; largest starting dimensions; a photograph when available.
Describe thickness, mixed shapes or other details that affect feeding.
2. YOUR OUTPUT
Required powder, smaller pieces or regrind; the next process; the output specification and its measurement basis when known.
State the desired hourly throughput as a target, not a confirmed machine result.
3. YOUR SITE
Country/region; known power supply; available floor space and height; existing equipment; relevant cooling or nitrogen arrangements.
4. YOUR CONFIGURATION
Standalone machine, replacement machine or connected line.
Describe requested changes to feeding, discharge, cooling, controls, layout or connections.
7. WHAT TO AGREE IN THE PROPOSAL
Selected equipment; standard items; options; items supplied by others; relevant test/acceptance basis; documents; support and delivery responsibilities.
Please do not send unnecessary personal documents, passwords or unrelated confidential files.
