Find Your Equipment

Explore five equipment groups, from powder preparation and size reduction to replacement parts and connected processing lines. Each group explains the information you need before choosing a model.

Start With Your Output

Need smaller pieces, a defined regrind or a powder? Tell us what you feed in, what you need out and what happens next. Your process requirements are the starting point for a useful equipment discussion.

Plan the Connected Process

Your project may need one machine or several connected stages. Review feeding, reduction, cooling or collection only where those stages are required, and define which items belong in the supply scope.

A Setup That Fits

Your material, available space and existing equipment may not fit a standard arrangement. Discuss changes to feeding, discharge, cooling, power supply and equipment connections. The selected options are defined in your project specification.

FAQ

How do I start without a model number?

Send a photo of the material, its approximate feed size and your required output. Add your hourly target if known. You do not need to choose a model before making contact.

Can the equipment be customized?

Yes. Share the changes your process needs, such as feeding, discharge, cooling, electrical requirements or line connections. Feasible options are confirmed for the selected machine and included in the agreed specification.

Can I enquire about one machine only?

Yes. State whether you need a standalone machine, a replacement unit in an existing process or a connected line, so the discussion stays within your actual scope.

Are all materials suitable for every machine?

No. Material condition, feed dimensions and output requirements need to be checked for the selected machine. The published examples are not a universal compatibility list.

What to Include

Use the details you already know. A model number is not required to begin.

1. YOUR MATERIAL

Material name and condition; largest starting dimensions; a photograph when available.

Describe thickness, mixed shapes or other details that affect feeding.

2. YOUR OUTPUT

Required powder, smaller pieces or regrind; the next process; the output specification and its measurement basis when known.

State the desired hourly throughput as a target, not a confirmed machine result.

3. YOUR SITE

Country/region; known power supply; available floor space and height; existing equipment; relevant cooling or nitrogen arrangements.

4. YOUR CONFIGURATION

Standalone machine, replacement machine or connected line.

Describe requested changes to feeding, discharge, cooling, controls, layout or connections.

7. WHAT TO AGREE IN THE PROPOSAL
